APPROACH

Every legal engagement, negotiation and mediation/arbitration is unique.  But there are some common principles that, if applied, substantially increase the likelihood of success.

When serving as a negotiator, advocate or a mediator, Jim Zupancic utilizes the knowledge, processes and skills taught at the world renown Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.  He also incorporates principles taught by Dr. Stephen R. Covey, his former professor at the BYU Marriott School of Management, and author of the acclaimed Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
Jim Zupancic believes that the STAR approach, and the Seven Habits principles, increase the likelihood of success in his negotiations and dispute resolutions.
