The Zupancic Group is led by Jim Zupancic, J.D., CRE.  Jim is a well recognized real estate and land use attorney, speaker, author, expert witness and experienced developer; as well as an often quoted expert in the press.  Jim has been a frequent guest on local radio talk shows concerning current real estate topics and trends, has been selected by Oregon attorneys as one of the top real estate attorneys in Oregon, and was awarded the highest professional rating by the Martindale-Hubbell attorney rating service.

Jim is also a member of the Counselors of Real Estate, an international organization of real estate advisors, linked to one another by their commitment to integrity, competence, community, trust and service, while adhering to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice.

Jim and his wife of 35 years, Marla, raised their family in Clackamas County and have been very involved in education, civic affairs, community service and charitable work for children.  They are the proud parents of five adult children and three beautiful grandchildren.
